Reservations can be made by telephone at 352-795-2850 or a request may be submitted using the adjacent form. A room is not reserved until a credit card has been obtained for deposit. Upon confirmation of your reservation, an email will be sent to you. Should you not receive a confirmation email, it is your responsibility to contact us to ensure we have the correct information on file.
Deposit and Payment
All deposits will be charged at the time of booking and apply to all date(s) of your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Cash and checks are also accepted.
1+ Nights: Full amount (plus tax).
We are a small lodge; therefore, cancellations affects us significantly. If you find it necessary to change or cancel your reservation, we require a minimum of 14 days notice to receive a full refund of your deposit. Please note, guests are always welcome to send a friend or family member in their place.

Check-in is between 3:00pm –730pm. Special arrangements for late check-ins can be made. If you plan a later arrival please contact us office before 500 pm for instructions. Check-out time is no later than 11:00am.
Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets. However, we would be happy to recommend a local kennel.
Rooms are 100% non-smoking. There is a $150 cleaning fee to Credit Card if we find guests have smoked in the rooms.
Front Desk Hours
Front desk hours are from 9:00am-730pm Monday through Saturday, and 9:00am-6:00pm on Sunday.
Boat Docking Policy
First come, first served for registered guests in designated Visitor Slips only. There are limited accommodations for larger boats (28' maximum) due to tidal fluctuations. Additional trailer parking fees apply.
